Sunset Meadows

Sunset Meadows is a local Alberta small family farm, specializing in the best quality food, grown without any artificial chemicals of any kind. We believe in sustainable agriculture, so we are striving to produce without the need for outside inputs, especially oil. Our home is off grid, and we use recycled wood for heat, which saves us money, and gives us more independence.
This year, we are offering a small run of pastured, farm fresh, free-range chickens, available now for delivery in Calgary, Okotoks, High River, Nanton, and Vulcan. The chickens are about 3 lbs each, just perfect for a nice meal, and because the bones are so dense, they would make terrific soup or stew!
We have just a few of our original run of chickens left, and I need room in my freezers for the next batch!
Also available are "Soup Chickens", which weigh 4 lbs, and have some of the most delicious breast meat you've ever tasted!
